Always liked SportsClips, But when you change your hours, you need to change them online also. shows close at 8pm online I work till 6pm arrive at SportsClips at 6:30pm walk in and am refused service. They said I am passed the sign in time, that the time online is wrong!! Needed a hair cut for a Funeral and all I got was sorry!!!!

Had the worst possible experience 2 times in a row at this sportclips. Check in at store and wait. Watched as a individual came in whose name was not on board either showing in store or as having checked in on line and one of the stylists that knew them entered them in and took them back.. There were multiple other individuals waiting who also questioned this. Was told "your name is up there". This is the worst shop I have been to. This has happened twice now.. I will not be back.

I called at 3:30 on Sunday afternoon to ask if stylists were still accepting walk-ins. I know they close early on Sundays (5:00 or 6:00) and didn’t want to make the trip if it wasn’t necessary. I called at least 12 times. I always got an audio recording that said my call was being screened because it looked like a suspicious number, and told me to hang-up. I figured it was like the call blocker we have on iPhone: block unknown or spam calls. If a person calls you again from the same number, the call will not be blocked. I tried calling over and over, and I got the same message. The app for signing in said the location was closed, but the website and Google ad both say it is currently open. Making a bad impression without ever having met or spoken to the customer; wow. Sports Clips managers and administrators, I suggest you pay more attention to customer service satisfaction and basic shopkeeping tasks (eg., update your website and respective ads if your hours of operation are not accurate, turn off your call blocker so your customers can reach you, or personalize a voicemail salutation with accurate information). These are two critical KPI. I’ll let this hair grow and go to the stylists at the Sports Clips in Oxford. They’re great.

absolutely horrible. my little brother came out of the building crying, he doesn’t want to even be seen or go to school. not sure who cut his hair but don’t recommend his hair was really long and not it’s so short and he showed them a reference picture and it looks nothing like the photo. do not go here.

So, I’ve been traveling in my RV since Jan 2021 when I left my home in Jacksonville Fla to see the US of A. Besides missing family and friends, I miss the fact that the person who has cut my hair for so many years is no longer available when I need a touch up. So I’ve avoided going to the unknown shop in fear of having a real bad experience and looking terrible until my hair grows out. Well I finally broke down, after my girlfriend asking me repeatedly when I was going to go get a haircut, and googled hair cuts near me when I arrived In Tupelo. Sport Clips was close and convenient and the reviews looked promising so I walked in on a Sunday afternoon. Blaire, and I hope I spelled her name correctly, greeted me and after I signed in, directed me to her chair. Again, I haven’t had a hair cut in five months, I usually wear my hair short and my beard tight, I was looking pretty shaggy. I told her how I liked my hair styled and she began to do her thing. To say this young lady is talented would be an understatement. My cut was completed in no time at all, and I enjoyed the professional conversation that she provided. But wait, she directed me to the wash area where I was the recipient of a warm towel on my face and then the massage chair activated. Folks, I came in for a haircut and I received this decadent treatment the likes I’ve never experienced before!! The experience concluded with some fantastic beard treatment and a hair product applied while I received a wonderful shoulder massage. I definitely felt like a MVP. All kidding aside, I would highly recommend Sport Clips of Tupelo, and will remember the experience that Blaire provided for me during my visit. She is great at what she does!! Go see for yourself.

You know when I look online and it says open till 8 and I call and ask and get told the same thing,you would figure that when I drbe for 30 minutes to get there and walk in before 7,I could get a haircut instead of being told yall were closed...been using yall for a when now nc of being open late..pretty dissatisfied right now as I just got off work and needed the cut pretty bad..thanks for wasting my time and gas..I'll be looking to get my hair cut somewhere else..
